The victim, a university student identified as Mr. Park, was reportedly confined in a crime syndicate known as 'Wench' and subjected to extreme abuse, including electric torture, assault, and forced drug inhalation, ultimately leading to his death. Adding to the shock, the main suspect, Lee Gwang-ho, was also found to be involved in the 'drug-laced beverage distribution case' targeting students in Seoul's Daechi-dong two years ago. Although Cambodian authorities are currently investigating the arrested individuals, the possibility of extraditing the Chinese national Lee Gwang-ho to Korea for investigation remains uncertain due to diplomatic issues.
